Ultimate Credit Builder is a credit readiness and financial education platform that provides:

• Credit profile assessments and improvement planning
• Progress tracking and readiness scoring
• Educational content related to credit and financing
• Connections to third-party lending partners when your profile qualifies

We are NOT a lender, credit bureau, credit repair organization, or financial advisor. We do not guarantee funding, credit score improvements, or loan approval.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use this Service. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.

Certain features of the platform require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe a refund is warranted
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers

The content and tools provided by Ultimate Credit Builder are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or credit counseling. We are not a licensed credit repair organization under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

When your profile reaches certain readiness thresholds, we may present you with third-party lending options. Please understand that:

• We do not guarantee approval from any lender
• All credit decisions are made solely by the lender
• Lenders have their own terms, rates, and qualification criteria
• We may receive compensation when you are connected to a lender (see Disclosures)
• You are under no obligation to apply with any lender we present

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information in your profile or assessments
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from the platform without permission
• Use automated tools or bots to scrape or interact with the platform

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultimate Credit Builder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any credit improvements will result from using our platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and by updating the date above. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York.
